During the season, an Umrah agency gets the same questions a hundred times: what is the price for a family of five, are there still places on the 24 February departure, how much is the deposit? The answers exist, but they are in a spreadsheet, a notebook and the manager’s memory. Umrah booking software puts those answers on the agency’s website, up to date, so that families find them on their own and the agency only handles requests that are ready to confirm.

What the family sees
Each package has its own page: the nights in Medina and Makkah, the hotels, the distance from the Haram, what is included and what is not. Below, the departures with their remaining places. The family enters the number of adults, children and infants, chooses its rooms (quad, triple, double, single) and immediately sees the total and the deposit required. It sends its request with its contact details and consents, without a bank card.
- The exact price, calculated according to the rooms and each traveller’s age on the departure date, not a “from” price that forces people to call.
- Up-to-date availability: a full departure closes on its own, and the family can ask to be notified if a place becomes free.
- Three languages, Arabic included, with a right-to-left layout.
What the agency does
In the WordPress administration, a “To do today” screen brings together the requests to handle, the overdue balances and the departures that have not yet reached their minimum. By confirming a request, the agency blocks the places: they can no longer be sold twice. It then records the deposit, the balance, or a cancellation according to its own scale, and prints the group list. The group’s guide has read-only access.
Compliance, with no extra effort
An Umrah package sold from Europe is a package holiday under EU rules. Qafilo provides the standard information form before booking, dates every consent, encrypts passport numbers, deletes documents after the return and responds to access or deletion requests. The data stays on the agency’s hosting: Qafilo sends nothing to FullDo or to anyone else.
On the agency’s existing website
The plugin takes on the theme’s colours and fonts, runs on shared hosting and requires no account with an external service. A public feed, containing no personal data at all, also makes it possible to send departures and prices to comparison sites. The plugin is free. The website, the domain name and the data remain the agency’s, with no minimum term.
