Your data

Privacy policy

The data FullDo receives when you use this website, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights.

1. Data controller

Soumaya Khalifa, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) trading as “FullDo”, 39 avenue Sidi Brahim, 06130 Grasse, France. For any question about your data: contact@fulldo.fr.

2. The data you send me

FullDo only receives what you enter yourself:

  • Contact and quote forms: surname, first name, email address, phone number (optional), company, your website address, your message, and the page you are writing from.
  • Free analysis tools: the address of the website analysed and, if you ask for the report, your email address.
  • Newsletter: your email address.

When a form is sent, the IP address is used briefly to block automated bulk submissions; it is not attached to your enquiry.

3. Why this data is used

  • Answering your enquiry and preparing a quote: steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Sending you the newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the link in every email.
  • Protecting the forms against bots and measuring website traffic anonymously: FullDo’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

4. How long it is kept

  • Enquiry that did not go further: three years after our last exchange.
  • Client: for the whole relationship, then ten years for accounting records, as French law requires.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Traffic measurement: 25 months at most, with IP addresses already truncated.

5. Who has access

Soumaya Khalifa is the only person who reads your enquiries. Two technical providers process data on FullDo’s behalf, solely for the service described:

  • o2switch (Clermont-Ferrand, France): hosting of the website, the email service and the traffic measurement tool.
  • Cloudflare (United States): bot check on the forms (Turnstile). Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its use, object to its processing, receive it in a reusable format, withdraw your consent, and say what should happen to it after your death. Write to contact@fulldo.fr: you will receive a reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with the reply, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: cnil.fr.

Traffic measurement and trackers are explained on the Cookies and traffic measurement page. Last updated: 16 October 2026.
